The service is available 24/7 and is completely free, making it especially useful for people who cannot easily visit a lawyer or legal office.
The chatbot helps users understand basic legal concepts, their rights, and the legal options available to them. If needed, Nyaya Setu also connects users with panel lawyers for initial professional guidance. This helps citizens get clarity about their case at an early stage, even before going to court.
