As part of the programme, Saraf and Partners participated in a series of panel discussions focused on international arbitration, contractual disputes, enforcement challenges, and M&A-related conflicts, contributing to conversations alongside leading international law firms, barristers, arbitrators, and disputes specialists.
Saraf and Partners jointly hosted a panel discussion with Stewarts titled Into Darkness and Beyond: Contracts Under Fire, examining the impact of geopolitical developments on commercial contracts, dispute resolution strategies, and enforcement considerations.
The panel brought together leading practitioners from across the legal and disputes community to discuss the challenges businesses face in navigating contractual relationships and disputes in uncertain geopolitical environments.
