Saraf and Partners Assisted Adani Power Limited in the Issuance And Private Placement of Secured, Rated, Listed, Redeemable, NCDS Aggregating to INR 7,500 Crores

Saraf and Partners acted as the sole legal counsel forthe issuance of secured, rated, listed, redeemable, non-convertible debentures (NCDs), aggregating to INR 7,500 crores, by Adani Power Limited.

This transaction marks the largest-ever debt issuance by an Adani Group company in the domestic debt market and represents Adani Power Limited’s first issuance under SEBI’s new regulatory framework governing private placements of non-convertible securities.
